Janet L. Lindley VanKirk, 81, of Bridgeville, passed comfortably Sunday, January 15, 2017 at The Donnell House, Washington.
She was born April 6, 1935, a daughter of H. Merle and Edna Frances Riggle Lindley.
A homemaker, Mrs. VanKirk was a graduate of the Bentleyville High School.
On March 2, 1954 in Bentleyville, she married Ronald C. VanKirk, who died February 1, 1999.
Surviving are a son, Mark E. VanKirk (the late Jan) of Scenery Hill; a daughter, Lisa VanKirk-Taylor of Bridgeville and a granddaughter, Miranda L. VanKirk.
Friends are welcome from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, January 20, 2017 with the Rev.
