Jennifer Bowman

Jennifer Ann Marshall Bowman, 45, of Hampton, Virginia, died Tuesday evening, June 13, 2017 at the home of her parents.

She was born May 1, 1972 in Brownsville, a daughter of William F. and Barbara A. Cekus Marshall of Scenery Hill.

Formerly of Scenery Hill, she was a graduate of Bethlehem-Center High School, University of Pittsburgh, California University and Duquesne University.

Jennifer was a child therapist in public schools around the Hampton and Norfolk, Virginia area.

She attended the Saint Katharine Drexel Parish, Fredericktown campus.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, John T. Bowman; a sister, Christina D. Evans (Timothy) of Canonsburg and niece, Lily Evans.

Deceased are her paternal grandparents, William and Jannie Marshall and maternal grandparents, Frank Paul and Ann Cekus.

Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a blessing service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017 with the Reverend Paul J. Grunebach, Senior Parochial Vicar, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery, Bentleyville.
