Myrl Jean Moore Hahn Caldwell, 78, of Cokeburg, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away Saturday morning, October 3, 2015 at The Donnell House, Washington.
She was born August 22, 1937 in Washington, a daughter of Harold K. “Red” and Virginia Wright Moore.
She was a member of the Cokeburg Moose for over two years.
Mrs. Caldwell enjoyed spending time with her family and her cat, Midnight, whom she loved unconditionally.
She formerly worked as a waitress at the George Washington Hotel and Kelly’s Pub and was also a delivery driver for Rite Aid pharmacy in Canonsburg.
Surviving are her daughter, Virginia Berardinelli (Jerry) of Cokeburg; sister, Mary Kay Worthington of Bentleyville; several grandchildren, including Carrie Swain (Jerry), Kimberly Keturakis (Sam) and Joseph Hahn; several great-grandchildren; step-daughter Nancy Whitlatch; step-son Charles “Buck” Caldwell and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her husband Samuel Caldwell; son Joseph Hahn and half-brother, James “Red” Closser;
Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with the Pastor Frances Skariot, officiating.
