Raymond Williams

Raymond F. Williams, 60, currently of Donora, passed away unexpectedly in the afternoon of Saturday, January 23, 2016, following a courageous and hard-fought battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years Priscilla A. Williams; his five children, Heather (Robert) Zaladonis of Donora, Krystal Willliams of Clairton, Eric Williams of Charleroi, Alexander Williams of Monongahela, and Frank (Heidi) Sanner of Donora; and four grandchildren, Ashley (25), Zachary (20), Zerik (9), and Zayne (5) Zaladonis.

Ray also leaves behind three brothers, John Sawyers of Brownsville, Albert Williams, Nick Williams; two sisters, Alberta McConnell and Thelma Holman; and many, many loving family members and friends.

Ray was a proud Marine Corp veteran and the steady and solid foundation of his family. Fishing, riding the Harleys and playing with his grandchildren were his favorite activities. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family.

He was always ready with encouragement and support, an honest opinion, and any help he could provide. He was also never afraid to tell you if he thought you were wrong; and happy to provide the kick in the behind he thought you needed. There is not a person that knew him that didn’t have great things to say about him.

Ray was loved by many people and will live in their hearts for years to come.
