Rose Marie "Tootsie' Cargine Rusilko, 82, formerly of Cokeburg Junction, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010 in Washington Hospital.

She was born January 12, 1928 in Washington, a daughter of Pete and Mamie Barney Cargine.

She was Catholic and a homemaker.

On July 12, 1946 in Washington, she married Alex "Stush" Rusilko, Sr., who died October 15, 2001.

Surviving are five sons, Terry L. Rusilko (Thelma), Allen "Tex" Rusilko (Agnes), Alex "Tiny" Rusilko, Jr., and Wetzel Rusilko, all of Cokeburg Junction and Clinton Rusilko (Kimberly) of Washington; two daughters, Joyce Ann Rusilko Sumner (Robert) of Eighty Four and Rebecca Mathers (Sean) of Fallowfield Township; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; a brother, Pete "Bubby" Cargine, Jr. of Washington; a sister, Mary "Bootsie" Perniece of Melrose Park, Illinois and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a son, Frank Rusilko; brothers, Frank "Picky" Cargine and John Cargine and a sister, Angeline "Poochie" Cargine Horne.

Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, (724-239-2255), where a blessing service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, December 11, 2010 with the Rev. We are sorry to hear of the passing of Rose,our prayers are with you and your family. I knew Rose from years ago when they had the farm in Washington,Pa.I used to go fishing there with Bubba (Pete). also seen and chatted with her at Humbert Lane when my wife(Kathryn) was there.She was a good woman, and always a happy person when we chatted. I know she will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. God Bless

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I know we have not had any contact with you and your family in so very long. Just letting you know that Natasha has one little boy named Aidan he is 5 years old and just had a little girl named Madison born on 9/21/10.
