Life Legacy
Anne Dziak Zamiska, 87, of Cokeburg, died Thursday, July 8, 2010 at home.
She was born November 11, 1922 in Cokeburg, a daughter of Mike and Helen Miller Dziak.
A homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and canning.
Mrs. Zamiska was a member of Ave Maria Parish.
On September 18, 1941, she married Henry J. Zamiska, who died February 22, 1964.
Surviving are four children, Henrietta Caldwell (Edward, Jr.) of Eighty Four, Mike Zamiska (Judy Coccari) of Algonquin, Illinois, John Zamiska of Cokeburg, with whom she made her home, and Susan Bouchard (Elmer) of Bentleyville; six grandchildren, Edward H. Caldwell, Michael and Steven Zamiska, Sarah, Anna and Emma Bouchard; a great-grandson, Trace Henry Zamiska; four sisters, Helen Dziak of Beverly Hills, Flor., Mary Schwartz of Marbury, Maryland, Mildred Dziak and Pauline Dziak, both of Scenery Hill; a brother, Frank Dziak of Scenery Hill and several nieces and nephews.
Decease are three brothers, Mike, Joseph and George Dziak.
There will be no public visitation. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m., Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Ave Maria Parish, Bentleyville, with the Rev. Gary W. Krummert, as celebrant. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ave Maria Parish, 126 Church Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314. Condolences can be sent at www.thompson-marodi.com.
