Gerry Fordyce

Gerald “Gerry” Allen Fordyce, Sr., 51, of Ellsworth, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Monongahela Valley Hospital.

He was born May 10, 1966 in Brownsville, a son of the late John Albert Fordyce and Dorothy “Dee” I. Wyno Fordyce.

He attended California and Bentworth Schools.

Surviving are his children, Jeremy Rice of Washington, Jacinda Fordyce of Canonsburg, Gerald Allen Fordyce, II of Yorkville, Ohio, Melissa Parkins of Bentleyville, Jessica Parkins of Ellsworth and Maxamillion Von Fisher of Ellsworth; four grandchildren, Dustin Thomas, Tylik and Jayda Rice and Leland Ritenour; brother, Ronald Fordyce (Jane) of Ellsworth; sister, Sherry Fordyce of Bentleyville; companion, Francine M. Guy and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255.
