Lexi, a sweet little beagle, was a rescue pup owned by Tim Miller of Bentleyville.
She was born in March of 2017 and she loved treats and digging holes. She also loved to go on long walks and take short rides on the Bentleyville Volunteer Fire Department’s fire trucks. She was also good with kids.
In February of 2019, she became ill and was diagnosed with a rare blood disease called Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia.
Lexi was the first dog to enter the Bentleyville Area Historical Society’s 2020 Calendar Contest. Shortly before she passed away on July 8, 2019, she participated in a photo shoot at the Bentleyville Volunteer Fire Department.
She is missed by her family very much.
