Rose Piasecki, 90, of Monessen, died Monday evening, June 26, 2017 at the Washington County Health Center.
She was born May 22, 1927 in Germany.
Formerly of Bentleyville, Mrs. Piasecki was a member of Saint Katharine Drexel Parish, Bentleyville campus.
Surviving are three children, Sophie Leco of Bentleyville, Joseph F. Piasecki of Cokeburg and Wanda Piasecki of Monessen; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are her husband, Peter Piasecki; daughter, Barbara Jarvis; grandson Terry Jarvis and great-grandson Terry Jarvis.
Friends are welcome from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m., Friday, June 30 followed at 10 a.m. by a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Katharine Drexel, Bentleyville Campus, 126 Church Street, Bentleyville, with the Reverend Edward L. Yuhas, Administrator, as celebrant. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Katharine Drexel Parish.
