Adam T. Molesky, 40, of Bentleyville, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026, at home.
Born July 10, 1985, in Monongahela, Adam was the son of Thomas Molesky and the late Karen Ruth Wolff Molesky.
Adam was a 2003 graduate of Bentworth High School, where he achieved perfect attendance throughout his school career. A gifted athlete, he was a four-year letterman and varsity starter in basketball, baseball, and golf. He was also a member of the National Honor Society and was voted Homecoming King by his classmates; a reflection of the genuine kindness, warmth, and friendship he extended to everyone around him.
In 2007, Adam graduated from California University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest California) with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship Award throughout all four years of his college education.
Adam was known for his quick wit, infectious sense of humor, and ability to make people feel welcome. He had a natural way of connecting with others and formed friendships wherever he went. Whether you knew him for years or only a short time, Adam had a way of making you feel like an old friend. He was intelligent, thoughtful, and endlessly curious, with a love of reading and learning that stayed with him throughout his life.
A devoted son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, Adam cherished time spent with family. He was especially proud of his nephews, Jordan and Corbin, with whom he shared countless memories, and he adored his niece, Charleigh. He also enjoyed following Pittsburgh sports and listening to rock music.
Surviving, in addition to his father, Thomas Molesky, are his sisters, Kristie Molesky (Curt) and MaryAnn Molesky; his niece, Charleigh; his nephews, Jordan and Corbin; and several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Family and friends are welcome to attend Adam's funeral service on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, with Pastor Joe Lukich officiating.
Those attending will meet at Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, at 10:30 a.m. Thursday and proceed to the cemetery together.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to the Bentleyville Public Library, 931 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314, or www.bentleyvillepubliclibrary.org/donate
