Ann L. Herilla

Ann L. Wuycheck Herilla, 82, of Bentleyville, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Jefferson Hills.

She was born June 28, 1926 in Bentleyville, a daughter of John and Mary Wuycheck.

A homemaker, Mrs. Herilla enjoyed gardening and painting.

She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Charleroi.

On February 23, 1946 in Monongahela, she married Mike "Mitch" Herilla, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Susan Smiley (husband Greg) and Nadine Connor, all of Bentleyville; three grandchildren, Tara Marie Herilla, Timi Lynn Close (husband Harry) and Stephen Connor; two great-grandchildren, Noah Close and Izabella Connor; a sister, Mary Puskarich of York and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two sons, Tim Herilla and John Eric (Ricky) Herilla; seven brothers, Stephen, Michael, Pete, Frank, Andy, John and Joseph Wuycheck and an infant brother.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville (724-239-2255), where services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 5, 2008 with Father William Ilgenfritz, pastor of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, officiating.
