Audrey (Burger) Norquist

Audrey A. Burger Norquist, 79, of Bentleyville passed away Saturday morning, June 4, 2022 at Jefferson Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born February 13, 1943 in Monessen, a daughter of the late Carl and Gladys Joll Burger.

She helped with her husband's business, Norquist Excavating and Construction, and worked at Walmart in Washington for 20 years.

Mrs. Norquist was a member of the Saint Katharine Drexel Parish.

Her husband, Henry B. Norquist, passed away on September 16, 2008. They were married on August 1, 1966 in Winchester, Virginia.

Surviving are her children, Henry C. Norquist of Coal Center, Kenneth Norquist and Timothy Norquist, both of Bentleyville, Kimberly Jeffcoat (Bryan) of Youngwood, Kelly Erdely of Bentleyville, Dennis Norquist (April) of Fayette City and James Norquist (Debbie) of Bentleyville; grandchildren, Cody, Matthew, Griffen, Lisa and Dennis, Jr. Norquist, and Abigail and Myla Erdely; brother, Richard Burger (Diana) of Belle Vernon and sister-in-law, Joanne Burger of Lorton, Virginia, and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a grandson Austin Norquist and a brother, Carl Burger.

Friends are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a blessing service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 9, 2022, with Reverend Donald Chortos, officiating.

A procession will follow to Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora for a committal service.
