Barbara A. Telegraphis

Barbara A. Telegraphis, 66, of Fallowfield Township, Charleroi, died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at Monongahela Valley Hospital emergency department.

She was born February 6, 1943 in California, a daughter of Betty Mitchner Lutes of Bentleyville and the late William Robert Chester

She attended the Bentleyville schools.

On December 14, 1962 in Bentleyville, she married Anthony T. Telegraphis, who survives.

Also surviving are three children, David Telegraphis (Kristy) of Monessen, William Telegraphis of Fallowfield Township and Vicki Culp of Fredericktown; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six siblings, Jean Ritter of Finleyville, Ida Telegraphis (James) of Bentleyville, Robert Chester of Bentleyville, Charles Chester (Buelah) of Eighty Four, James Chester of Bentleyville and Harvey Lutes (Robin) of Scenery Hill and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased is a daughter, Rebecca Jean Telegraphis, who died January 31, 2009.

Friends welcome from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville (724-239-2255), where services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, September 4, 2009 with the Rev.
