Bethann Harkins Barney, 45, of Washington, died Saturday, March 8, 2008.
She was born January 14, 1964 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Jerard Francis Harkins and Thelma Regina Anderson Harkins.
Surviving are two sons, Jesse Barney and Jared Barney, both of Eighty Four and a brother, Brian Harkins of Pittsburgh.
