Mary “Betty” Sprague, 80, of Scenery Hill, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Washington Hospital.
She was born December 26, 1943 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Herman G. Quast and Mary Elizabeth Thinnis Quast.
Betty was a former cook at the Washington Country Club, and at the John Wesley Assisted Living in Georgia.
First and foremost, she enjoyed being with her family.
Surviving is her daughter, Rindy Brown (Jeff) of Scenery Hill; sister, Rita Ann Streeter of Fowlerville, Michigan and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her husband, William “Bill” Sprague, who passed away May 1, 2001; son, Rob Sprague; brothers Paul Quast, Fred Quast, Herman Quast and Tom Quast; and sisters, Connie LeBlanc and Julia Schnaubelt.
At Mary’s request, there will be no service and burial will be with her husband in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
