Carmen Faith (Muniz) Polen

Carmen Faith Muniz Polen, 68, of Bentleyville, passed away Friday evening, February 14, 2025 at home.

She was born August 15, 1956 in Charleroi, a daughter of the late Mattielleo Louis Muniz and Velma Cain Muniz.

A graduate of Bentworth High School, Carmen worked as a shift manager at Pilot in Bentleyville.

She loved her crafts and visiting crafts shows.

She was a member and served as vice president at the Bentworth Senior Center.

Surviving are her daughters, Mandi Matthews (Michael), Megan Lambert (Michael), and Renee Pharo; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Tina Muniz (Dave); brothers, Matt Muniz and Mark Muniz; several nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat, Skye.

Deceased are her brothers, Eric and Arthur Muniz.

The family is grateful to Carmen's friends at Bentley Tower and thanks them for helping take care of her.

Friends are welcome from 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
