Danny Marodi

Danny Marodi, 55, of Chesterton, Indiana died Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Porter Hospital, Valparaiso, Indiana.

He was born December 23, 1953 in Washington, a son of Charles Marodi of Marianna and the late Viola "Honey" Doty Marodi.

Formerly of Marianna, he was a 1971 graduate of Beth-Center High School and attended the former Washington Institute of Technology.

He worked as a project manager for Bethlehem Steel in Burns Harbor, Indiana.

On April 20, 1974 at Saints Mary & Ann Church, Marianna, he married Paula J. Westich, who survives.

Also surviving are his daughter, Danielle and son Aaron, both at home; sister, Vickie Knizner and husband Frank of Fredericktown; two brothers, Alex Marodi and wife Annette of Pittsburgh and Tim Marodi and wife Randi of Bentleyville; and several nieces and nephews.
