David Giacomantonio Obituary

David L. Giacomantonio, 65, of Scenery Hill, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville.

He was born September 23, 1955, in Washington, a son of Dorothy Nelson Giacomantonio of Scenery Hill and the late Angelo P. Giacomantonio.

David was a 1973 graduate of the Bentworth High School and worked for Dynamet in Washington and BethEnergy Mines, mine 58 in Marianna.

He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Cokeburg and the Polish Club, Bentleyville.

His wife, Jody Simms Giacomantonio, survives. They were married on June 28, 1980 in Butler.

Also surviving are his sons, Robert Giacomantonio (Karen) of Portland, Oregon and Sam Giacomantonio (Cory) of Pittsburgh; grandsons, Leo and Sam Giacomantonio; siblings, Ricardo Giacomantonio of Lone Pine, Pam Giacomantonio of Bentleyville and Angela McCann (John) of Bentleyville and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately by the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bentleyville Public Library, 931 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314.
