Doris Riggle Milligan, 86, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Southmont Presbyterian Senior Care, Washington.
She was born June 1, 1936 in Washington, a daughter of Roy Riggle and Margaret Devore Riggle.
A graduate of Bentleyville High School, Doris lived most of her life in Eighty Four and lived at the Bellemead Apartments in Washington for the previous 11 years.
On June 25, 1955, she married Richard Milligan, who passed away on September 14, 2010.
Doris had previously worked at the Bobbi Brooks Factory, but her true passion was helping others.
She was a member of the Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church, where she served as an elder, deacon, youth leader, and Sunday school teacher.
She enjoyed playing cards, games, and going out to eat.
Surviving are her four children, Linda Charlton (Phil), Diane Dower (Bill), Larry (Donna), and Mark (Babette); 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and her good friend Bob Larimer.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are two brothers, George and Don Riggle.

Friends are welcome to Doris’s memorial service at 4 p.m., Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church with Pastor Fran Skaroit, officiating.
