Eleanor Bostich Rush, 75, of Eighty Four, died Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Monongahela Valley Hospital.
She was born September 18, 1932 in Ellsworth, a daughter of Peter and Mary Bendik Bostich.
She was a graduate of Ellsworth High School.
A homemaker, Mrs. Rush assisted with the family business, Rush Accounting in Eighty Four and Bentleyville.
She was a member of Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church
On September 2, 1950 at Ellsworth, she married, Bernard D. Rush, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Joy Lynn Budkey of Germanton, NC; two sons, Bernard D. Rush, Jr. (wife Lynn) and Barry L. Rush (wife Donna), all of Eighty Four; four grandchildren, Barry Lee Budkey, Jr., Michael, Courtney and Benjamin Rush; a brother, Larry Bostich of Coal Center; three sisters, Florence Trybuski of North Royalton, Ohio, Patricia Kennedy of Parma, Ohio, Joan Doyle of Cleveland, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are sister, Mae Malisky and a brother, George Bostich.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville (724-239-2255), where services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, July 21, 2008 with the Peggy Shannon of Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Beallsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bentleyville Public Library, 931 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314 or the Susan G.
