Elmer W. Cooley

Elmer W. Cooley, 85, of Bentleyville, died Saturday, November 21, 2009 at The Residence of Hilltop, Monongahela.

He was born November 25, 1923 in Elliottsville, Fayette County, a son of Elmer and Bessie Baker Cooley.

A veteran, he served with U.S. Air Force during WWII.

Mr. Cooley retired from Bethlehem Mines and was a member of the UMWA #1197.

Surviving are: son, Mark Cooley and his wife, Tami of Bentleyville and their children, Zachary and Hanna Cooley; son, John Cooley.

Deceased are his wife, Anita Ann Skrypak and a grandson, Maxwell Alexander Cooley.

There will be no visitation or services.
