Eva Irene Fabian Zsamboky, 78, a resident of McMurray Hills Manor, McMurray died Sunday morning, August 24, 2014.
She was born September 12, 1935 in Budapest, Hungary, a daughter of the late Joseph and Gabriella Pavlicsek Fabian. In 1949, she and her family came to the United States.
She was a graduate of the Elizabeth Seton High School and attended the IBM Computer Tech School.
Mrs. Zsamboky attended Our Lady of Loreto Church in Brookline.
She worked at Crucible Steel and Thrift Drugs.
Surviving are two sons, Nicholas Zsamboky (Marci) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Stephan Zsamboky (Tunde) of Bridgeville; three grandchildren, Rachel Zsamboky Stottlemyer of Waynesboro, Zachary Zsamboky of Washington and Carrie Zsamboky of Murfreesboro; a sister, Susan Irene Denes of Brookline and several nephews.
Friends are welcome from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, August 28 at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a funeral service will begin at 6 p.m. with Pastor Don OâHare, officiating.
