George Gondak, 83, of Bentleyville, passed away Friday afternoon, June 27, 2025, at the Greenery Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, Canonsburg.
He was born April 19, 1942, in Washington, a son of the late George and Mary Meno Gondak.
For over 30 years, he was a draftsman for Cooper Industries (McGraw-Edison).
George enjoyed hunting and NASCAR.
His wife, Janet K. Coyle Gondak, passed away August 8, 2021.
Surviving are his children, Sherri Bular (Jim) and David Gondak, all of Bentleyville; grandchildren, Brandon Bular (Jessica), Shane Bular (Kelly), Jocelyn Bular, Karissa Perchinsky (Colton) and Danielle Kurutz (TJ); great-grandchildren, Owen Bular, Brynn Bular, Logan Bular, Bryla Perchinsky, and Wesley Perchinsky; sister, Lois Matus of Van Voorhis, and several nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are brother, Frank Gondak, and sister, Kathryn Petronka.
Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a Blessing Service will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
A procession will follow to Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora for a committal service.
