Izzy Taylor

Izzy, our beloved Jack Russell Terrier, was born in November of 2005 and passed away on August 11, 2019. She was the sweetest dog that was a constant through many life changes.

Izzy entered our family as a college pet in 2005. She adjusted well as she moved to 11 different homes throughout the years in both North Carolina and the state of Georgia. She adapted to gaining a best friend and life partner Cooper in 2007, having her own puppy in 2007, the marriage of her human parents in 2009, and gaining a new baby human in 2015.

Although she had many behavior quirks as she grew older, she was a kind animal that could be trusted around any animal or person. She loved laying in the sunshine and exploring the outdoors. She loved treats, going on walks, and having visitors in her home so that there was always a lap to sit on and a free hand to pet her.

She was “the boss lady” and we will continue to carry on the memory of her bright, sassy personality through the many photos, portraits, and videos we have of her. She will always be missed.
