Judith Irene Prokell Johnston, 65, of Bentleyville, died unexpectedly Friday, October 14, 2011 at home.
She was born August 12, 1946 in New Eagle, a daughter of the late Peter John and Judith A. Sheragy Prokell.
A Licensed Practical Nurse, Mrs. Johnston formerly worked for McMurray Hills Manor.
Surviving are a son, Charles Johnston, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Bentleyville; granddaughter, Samantha Johnston and a brother, Peter J. Prokell of Texas.
Deceased are her husband, Charles M. Johnston, Sr., who died August 23, 2011 and a sister, Donna Marie McVay.
