Linda M. (McGavitt) Ashcraft

Linda McGavitt Ashcraft, 75, of Charleroi, Fallowfield Township, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Penn Highlands Monongahela Valley Hospital.

She was born June 22, 1949 in Charleroi, a daughter of the late Paul McGavitt and Mildred White McGavitt Capozza.

Linda loved raising and riding her horses.

On September 7, 1968 in California, she married Terry C. Ashcraft, who passed away July 10, 2016.

Surviving are her sons, Terry C. Ashcraft, Jr. (Lanette) of Finleyville, and Thomas Lee Ashcraft (Michelle) of Fallowfield Township; grandchildren, Thomas Lee Ashcraft, Jr., Carly Rae Hough, and Samantha Nicole Salvati; great-granddaughter, Scarlett Anne Ashcraft; sister, Darlene Watkins of Elco, and several nieces and nephews.

Also deceased is a brother, Paul David McGavitt, Jr.

Friends are welcome from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a service will immediately follow the visitation. Private interment will be in Maple Creek Cemetery, Fallowfield Township.
