Madeline Grochot Tividor

Madeline G. Grochot Tividor, 81, of Charleroi, Fallowfield Township, died Friday, April 29, 2011 in UPMC-Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.

She was born December 5, 1929 in Bentleyville, a daughter of Leon and Anna Marie Osmann Grochot.

Mrs. Tividor was a graduate of the Bentleyville High School.

Surviving are two children, Lynne Sewell (Spencer) of Uniontown and John E. Tividor (Kelly) of Leonardtown, Maryland; grandchildren, Noelle and Jonas Tividor; sister, Adele "Butch" Luketich of Bentleyville and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her husband, John Tividor who died September 11, 1995; brother, Leon M. "Bud" Grochot and a sister, Ernestine Herilla.

Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2011 with the Rev. Gary W. Krummert, pastor of Ave Maria Parish, officiating. Interment will follow in Mon ValleyMemorial Park, Donora.
