On Sunday, May 11, 2025, Monica Lynn Tylus Goblesky passed away with her daughters, sister, mother, and fiancé by her side.
Monica was truly one-of-a-kind. She had an ability to understand people on an emotional level while also protecting those she held closest to her heart.
Monica had a quick-witted sense of humor, a love for the strange and unusual and a unique sense of style. She took pride in her home and she cared for those around her. Her absence in the lives of her loved ones will be felt every day.
She was sarcastic, hilarious, and loving. Through her death, Monica was able to save the lives of others. As an organ donor, she gave the gift of life to others so that they can have more time on this earth. Monica is, and will always be, a hero. She will be missed every day of every year until those she left behind also leave this plane of existence.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Candace Mailliard, and Angela Wolf (Brandon); grandsons, Arthur Mailliard and Weston Wolf; sister, Tyra Savarese (George); niece, Sophia Savarese; nephew, Giorgio Savarese; mother, Dolores Tylus; and fiancé, Steven Stephens.
Deceased are her father, Edmund Tylus, and brother, Samuel Tylus.
There will be no services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the City Mission, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, PA 15301, www.give.citymission.org
