Patricia (Pati) Smith Dykins, 63, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025.

She was the daughter of Louise J. Smith and the late Kenneth E. Smith.

Pati is survived by her son Derek Dykins (Sierra); granddaughters, Addison, and Hayden; mother Louise Jurik Smith; sisters Sandy and Kim Smith; brother Gary Smith (Bonnie), and former husband Jerry Dykins (Mary).

Predeceased, in addition to her father, are her maternal grandparents, Anthony and Anna Jurik, and paternal grandparents Mary J. Hoagland and Earl Stevens.

Pati loved spending time with her granddaughters, going to see their softball, soccer, and basketball games, seeing them in their school plays, reading to them, and making up stories to tell them. Pati cherished her role as a grandma.
