Prenda Moyer Obituary
She was born October 1, 1915, in Manifold, Pa., a daughter of Ralph Muoio and Dominica Scardamaglio Moyer.
She was a graduate of Monongahela High School.
She owned and operated Moyer's Beauty School in Charleroi. After selling the school, she moved to New Port Richey, Fla., where she lived for 20 years.
In 2007, she returned to this area and made her home with her late brother, Victor and his wife, Dorothy. Later, she became a resident of the Washington County Health Center.
She is survived by a sister, Helen Hohn (Robert) of Cochranton and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are six brothers, Angelo, Anthony, James, Albert, Orlando and Victor Moyer and two sisters, Rose Moyer and Angeline Sofsky.
Friends are welcome from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 14 at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, where a service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday May 15.
