Stephen “Evil” Carmer, 55, of Bentleyville, passed away Saturday evening, October 29, 2022, at the Donnell House, Washington.
He was born November 14, 1966, in Ithaca, New York, a son of Onalee V. Fuller Carmer of Ellsworth and the late Edwin Charles Carmer.
He enjoyed working on cell phone towers, riding his Harley, and anything to do with the outdoors.
Also surviving are his wife, Kathy Blackburn Carmer; daughters, Jennifer McIlvaine Tulenko, Jaclyn McIlvaine Joyner (Tim) and Sabrina McIlvaine Patterson (the late Cody); grandchildren, Jade, Shawn, Tiana, Krista, and Grant; five great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Carmer, and Stephen and Kathy’s dogs, Ruby and Steely.
No services will be held.
