Thomas Martin O'Lear

Thomas Martin O'Lear, 80, of Pittsburgh, passed away Sunday morning, May 4, 2025 at Southwestern Veterans Center in Pittsburgh.

He was born March 6, 1945 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Martin James O'Lear and Anna Rimm O'Lear.

A veteran, Thomas served with the U.S. Air Force as a staff sergeant during the Korean war.

His hobby, that he excelled at, was building model planes.

Surviving are his sisters, Barbara Ann Brown (the late Robert) of New Castle, and Darlene Shaynak (Bob) of Bentleyville; several nieces and nephews, and a stepdaughter, Dondi Weden of Arizona.

Services will be private with military honors at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
