CERTIFIED COPIES OF DEATH
If you need additional copies, the funeral home can obtain them for you for the next 90 days. The copies will be received in two to three days and the cost is $20.00 each.
After the 90-day period, the copies will have to be ordered from the Vital Records office of the Pennsylvania Department of Health at a cost of $20.00 each and will take approximately two to three weeks to receive.
MILITARY CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE DEATH CERTIFICATE
•Up to 10 certified copies of death can be ordered for a deceased veteran or the veteran's deceased spouse.
•It will take approximately 12 to 14 business days for the funeral home to receive the copies after the death certificate is signed by the attending physician.
•In the future, additional copies can be order at no cost and will take approximately three to four weeks for the funeral home to receive the copies.
